Travel Nurse RN

Job Description:

Provides direct and indirect patient care in emergency, acute care, outpatient, and swing bed settings. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs. Communicates with attending providers about changes in patient status and results of diagnostic studies. Responds to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated.
Documents pain assessments and re-assessments consistently in the electronic health record (EHR).
Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN license within the state of practice.
Current AHA BLS Certification.
Obtains AHA ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and AHA PALS certifications within six (6) months and one (1) year of hire, respectively.
