Description Staffing Coordinator - Emergency Services at
Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center - Spokane, WA Scheduling is
centralized for all collective bargaining nursing units. This
position will provide the following functions: 1) create, balance
and finalize nursing schedules, 2) process PTO with manager/ANM
approval, 3) process open shifts and shift swap requests, and 4)
monitoring staffing levels compared to core numbers. Shift: Average
36 hours weekly, 08-hour Day shifts, Full-time position. Providence

years experience working with Kronos or other comparable electronic
timekeeping/attendance system. 1 year Staffing/scheduling

are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available
