Home Health RN- CWOCN- SCS Home Health Schedule: Monday- Friday
with rotating weekend shifts Provides quality care to patients in
their homes under the direction of a physician. The nurse functions
as a consultant in the nursing assessment of patients who are
managed by other nurses or disciplines in the department and
coordinates patient care activities with other members of the

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI)
number
- Upon hire: Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
- 3 years of Nursing experience.
