Description $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates
who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the

that begin on your first day of employment. The RN Clinician
provides direct nursing services and case management related to
infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternate
living site. This is accomplished through collaboration with the
patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care
providers and the payer. This position functions as a professional
role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing
process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote
quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care
nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.

- Education sufficient for licensure.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30
days of hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Idaho Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in
this location
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing in
this location
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are
required to comply with all state laws and requirements for
driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver
license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional
information.
- 1 year Experience in acute care nursing. Preferred

may be available for this role, such as shift differentials,
standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or

Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over
8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people
a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate
