Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Teller to join our team at Banner Bank. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately and efficiently, and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring Bank products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the face of the Bank and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments, maintaining a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products and services via in-person and telephone conversations, meeting minimum referral standards set by Manager.
• Provide back-up teller coverage or back-up personal banker coverage and assistance at any retail branch location within a specific geographic region.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.Requirements
  • 2 or more years of teller experience, including sales experience with established goals.
  • Travel 50% of the time.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, basic understanding of PC with Windows-based applications, and calculator skills.
  • Basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, proper phone and email etiquette required.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, excellent customer service skills required.What We Offer
    • Targeted starting compensation range ($18+/hour plus $1.50 premium on top of base pay).
